These terms apply to fernbolt.com and to Fernbolt apps, unless an app shows its own terms. By using them you agree to these terms.
Using our apps and website
You may use our apps and website for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please don't copy, resell, reverse-engineer or misuse them.
Purchases and subscriptions
In-app purchases and subscriptions are sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play and follow their payment, renewal and refund rules. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your store account settings.
Pets and children
Pet games are enrichment, not unattended entertainment: supervise your pet and protect your device's screen. Children should use our kids' apps with an adult nearby.
Estimates are not advice
Tools that show financial or tax estimates are for planning only. They are not legal, tax or financial advice.
Content and trademarks
Fernbolt, our app names, logos, artwork and code belong to Fernbolt. Our press kit logos may be used to write about us.
No warranty
Our apps and website are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Fernbolt is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
