Privacy policy

Fernbolt ("we", "us") makes mobile games and apps. This policy explains what information we collect on fernbolt.com and in our apps, and how we use it. Some apps also have their own section below.

This website

  • Forms. If you contact us or join a launch list, we receive the details you enter (such as your name, email and message) by email, through the form service FormSubmit. We use them only to reply or to send the update you asked for, and we never sell them.
  • Hosting. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to run and protect the site.
  • No advertising trackers. This website does not use advertising cookies or sell your information.

Sparkling Sprouts

Sparkling Sprouts is made for young children. It does not collect, store or share personal information from children or parents. It has no ads, no analytics, no accounts and no third-party tracking, and it is designed to work offline. When store versions launch, any premium purchase will be handled by Apple or Google under their own privacy policies.

Critter Chase

Critter Chase does not collect personal information and shows no ads. Subscriptions are processed by Apple or Google. We may use a subscription service provider to confirm whether a subscription is active; it receives only the purchase information needed for that.

Apartax

Apartax is not yet released. Because it will handle financial information, it will have its own detailed privacy policy, published here before launch.

Children

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you've sent us, or to remove you from a launch list, by emailing support.fernbolt@gmail.com. California residents may have additional rights under California law, and we honor them.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
